• Visa assistance
• Custom travel itineraries

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once full or agreed partial payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by OurSuperTrip.

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 All prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 A deposit may be required to secure a booking. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
3.3 Full payment must be received by the due date specified in your booking confirmation.
3.4 OurSuperTrip accepts payment via secure online payment gateway. Payment details will be provided at checkout.
3.5 Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations, amendments, and refunds.

5. Travel Documents and Visa

5.1 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and any required visas for their destination.
5.2 OurSuperTrip can provide visa assistance as an additional service but does not guarantee visa approval.
5.3 OurSuperTrip is not liable for any losses arising from failure to obtain required travel documents.

6. Travel Insurance

OurSuperTrip strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and personal liability. OurSuperTrip does not provide travel insurance.

7. Liability

7.1 OurSuperTrip acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party suppliers.
7.2 OurSuperTrip is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemic situations.
7.3 Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Pricing and Inclusions

8.1 All package prices are clearly stated on our website and include only the services listed.
8.2 Items not listed as included (such as lunches, dinners, personal expenses, optional excursions, visa fees) are at the client’s own expense.
8.3 OurSuperTrip reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing at info@oursupertrip.com within 28 days of the end of your trip. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

12. Changes to These Terms

OurSuperTrip reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update.
